I am Dyson Logos, a crafter of maps, adventures, and occasional other RPG content mostly centred on “OSR”-style play. 95% of my work is pen-on-paper cartography in the style of RPG products of the 1970’s and 1980’s.

The main emphasis of my work is the production and dissemination of free maps from the Dyson’s Dodecahedron blog. At this time I release an average of two maps a week from the blog, free for personal use and reproduction including the use and modification of these maps for non-commercial use (such as non-commercially released adventures and campaign settings and so on). A huge variety of maps have been produced and released on the blog over the last six years including dungeons, caverns, cities, towns, temples, inns & taverns, regional maps, and hundreds of dungeon geomorphs.

I also produce maps for commercial products. My maps have appeared in products from Adept Press, Barrel Rider Games, D-oom Products, Dioxin Dump Games, Initiative One Games, Inkwell Ideas, James Maliszewski, Kabuki Kaiser, Kobold Press, Kort’thalis Publishing, Mount Parnassus Games, Mythoard, Neoplastic Press, Purple Duck Games, Raging Swan Press, Randomocity, Sine Nomine Publishing, Small Niche Games, Taskboy Games, Thunder Bunny Press and Zzarchov Kowolski.

In addition, thanks to the patrons of my Patreon Campaign, a number of maps are released each month under a royalty-free and free-use commercial license allowing anyone to use, abuse, fold, spindle and manipulate these maps as they please for commercial projects.

Here is my most recent rate sheet. I am accepting occasional commissions at this time, but generally reserve these for projects that really get my attention.
